Inviting

"I found out about Texas Royals from one of my friends. I had been eager to get more involved around campus and I was curious as to what kind of spirit groups were out there. After attending my first info session, I got to talk to some of the members and I specifically remember talking to Gwen, Abby, and Caroline- we had an incredibly fun conversation about One Direction. Immediately I just knew I had to apply, I'd had so many fun conversations that I knew these were the girls I wanted to befriend and be around. The application was a whirlwind, I had so much fun working on mine. Texas Royals has allowed me to meet some incredible people and it gave me the opportunity to meet some of my bestest friends. It's provided me a social platform so I can be more involved on campus while simultaneously meeting new people. From mixers, to sisterhood events, to formals, I've had such a fun time attending these events and getting to know more of the girls in the process. What I love most about our organization - aside from the merch- is that you can be as involved as you want to be. This is so helpful for girls who are also invovled in other organizations or who are enrolled in rigorous courses or girls who are doing both. For me, as my last year in school draws close, I am looking forward to all of the events and things we have coming up this fall but I know it will be an incredibly busy year! Regardless, Texas Royals has impacted my college career for the better, and I am grateful that I was able to find such a wonderful group of girls."
